Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped once payment has been processed through the different systems available in the store.
Once payment is made by credit or debit card / Visa / Master Card payment is processed instantly.
Once the payment process is completed, the order of the chosen product is processed within a maximum of 5 days.
Finally, the product is sent directly from the factory via International Mail for delivery to the User’s home within a maximum of 90 working days.
The territorial scope of sales through the store is in the Iberian Peninsula, so the delivery service will only be for that territory and other international territories after study by NEOZAPAS.
Products purchased through the store will be shipped to the delivery address indicated by the user once payment has been verified, with a maximum delivery time of ninety working days (90) established by default as the products are shipped directly from the factories located in the Asian country.
Neozapas’ delivery service is carried out through the same supplier of the products in their country of origin, in collaboration with different logistics operators of recognized international prestige. Orders will not be delivered to P.O. Boxes, hotels or other non-permanent addresses.
The cost of shipping is not included in the price of the Products. At the time of purchase of the product, the user will be informed of the exact shipping cost. Neozapas will not be responsible for any taxes or duties that may be charged in the country of destination.
