Return Policy

Once the purchase has been made, no changes or refunds are allowed for reasons that are not attributable to neozapas.com; for errors of the User when processing the order, for change of opinion of the User, as well as for the perception of the User with respect to colors or sizes and for changes in size. Before buying, the user must make sure to choose the correct size.

Returns are not allowed unless the product arrives in breakage conditions. In that case, the User must contact within a period not exceeding 24 hours upon receipt of the order through email; info@neozapas.com, indicating the defect or tare of the product, attaching images of said defect or tare, along with your personal data and order number. Neozapas reserves the right to refuse returns communicated outside the stipulated period of 24h.

Neozapas will be responsible for all shipping costs and the subsequent delivery of the new product / s, provided that once examined the existence of defects or defects in them is confirmed. The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and depending on the availability of stock. In the event that this product is out of stock, Neozapas will send the User a purchase voucher for the value of the defective product and will refund the amount of the shipment in the event that it has been paid. In the case of purchases over € 30 there is no refund of shipping costs since Neozapas took care of the shipment.

Returns for factory defects or within the warranty

The User may return to Neozapas without any cost, any product purchased in the store and that presents any defect that;

1- Make it unsuitable for the use for which it is usually intended.

2- Decrease its quality or the possibility of its use.

3- Do not offer the security that given its nature is normally expected of it and its reasonable use, and that are within the warranty period.

Taking into account the origin of the contracted products, the User will have a period of one month, from the date on which he receives the products, to inform Neozapas about his dissatisfaction with them. Neozapas will not be responsible in case this period is exceeded. The return of products that present factory breakages will not have any additional cost for the User.

To formalize the return, the User must contact Neozapas within the granted period of one month, through the following email; info@neozapas.com, identifying the product / s object of the return, attaching photographs or videos where the defects are shown and a detailed report of the defects found in them.

Once Neozapas receives the documentation and evidence from the User, it will inform him within 3 to 5 working days whether or not he will proceed with the return of the product.

In the event that the return is made, Neozapas will indicate to the User the form of shipment of the defective product.

Once the product has been received and the defects evaluated, Neozapas will give the User the possibility to exchange the product for another with the same characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible or disproportionate for Neozapas.

In the event that for reasons of lack of inventory it is not possible to proceed with the shipment of another product with the same characteristics, the User may choose between the return of what has been paid or request the shipment of another model that he chooses voluntarily.

The delivery of the product with the same characteristics or of the new model chosen by the User, as appropriate, will be made within 7 to 15 business days, from the date on which Neozapas confirms with the User the change of the defective product or the shipment of the new model.

If the User decides to return what was paid, Neozapas will refund the total value of what was paid to the User for the purchase of the defective product (including shipping costs). The refund will be made with the same payment method of your order.

Neozapas informs Users that the term of the return of what was paid will depend on the payment method used by the User at the time of purchasing the product; if the User made the payment by credit and/or debit card or by bank transfer, Neozapas will refund the payment within 14 working days, from the moment the User has decided to terminate the contract.

IMPORTANT

The product must be returned in perfect condition, without having been used and with the original packaging, nor will products that are dirty or give off smell will be accepted.
