We can afford these prices offered in our store thanks to the intermediation of the products directly from the factories located in Asian countries saving us the high costs for not having stock or physical store, as this is an online store.
Means of payment
The means of payment available for the products of the store are the following;
– Credit or debit card through Visa or Master Card and American Express.
All payment methods have security for the SSL User.
Can returns or exchanges be made?
Once the order has been placed and paid, it cannot be changed, so the User must make sure very well before paying for the order that it is the item he wishes to buy.
Returns are not allowed for reasons that are not attributable to NEOZAPAS; for errors of the User when processing the order, for change of opinion, for the perception with respect to colors and sizes or for changes in size. Before buying the User must make sure to choose the correct size. NEOZAPAS makes available to the User the information and instructions of measures in the section of size guide. Returns are only allowed in the event that the item arrives in breakage conditions.
When do orders come out?
Orders are processed within five working days after payment has been made.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders usually take on average between 15 and 25 business days to arrive when leaving directly from the factories located in the Asian country. Although depending on what dates, such as Christmas, they can take up to 30 days.
When placing the order and once the shipment has been made, you can ask us by e-mail for the tracking number to be able to track at all times where your order is located.
What if there is no one at home when they deliver the package?
In this case Correos will leave the document of notice of the arrival of the package so that the next day you can pick it up at the nearest post office.
Can I pay for my product by cash on delivery?
The products purchased in the store leave directly from the factories to the address indicated by the User.
Being an international shipment, correos does not admit the possibility of cash on delivery as payment.
What can I do if I do not receive my order?
We guarantee the refund of the full amount if the purchased item is not received after 90 business days from the date of shipment of the order.
After 90 working days from the date of shipment without having received the purchased item, the User can request a full refund of the same by sending an email from the contact section of the store indicating the reference of the order. Once the refund has been requested, NEOZAPAS will study the case and communicate a resolution to the User within 72h. Once the request is approved, a refund will be processed for the amount of the item not received, trying to use the same payment method that was used when placing the order. Depending on the payment method chosen at the time of placing the order, the refund may take 1 to 3 business days to become effective.
